We have a 30 day return policy for returnable merchandise. Most items may be returned IN STORE for a refund within 30 days of purchase/delivery. We do not currently accept returns through our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will approve or deny your return/exchange request and you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 3 business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.

Due to the nature of our items, we hold the right to accept or deny exchanges and returns on a situational basis. (i.e. stones, sage/herbs, opened card decks, and other metaphysical tools that may have been used may not be accepted. However, please contact us within 30 days with ANY issue or damages you may encounter as we want the opportunity to make it right for you!

Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, If you encounter ANY issues with your products or crystals, please contact us with a picture of the issue within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We will be more than happy to take care of it as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that the crystals / stones shown in our pictures may not necessarily be the actual crystal you will receive, but a general example. Please read product description to determine - sizes, shapes + colors may vary.

All stones are natural + ethically sourced, imported from various locations around the world.

Each crystal sold by Synergy Collective is cleansed in sunlight/moonlight before it is

shipped to its new home!
