Intro to Tarot with Dauna Needom - 10 WEEK COURSE

This immersive, 10-week course with Dauna Needom will cover everything you want to learn about reading Tarot! (Find exact topic schedule at bottom!) In this course you'll learn:

• Different decks & choosing what's right for you
• Art in Tarot & different meanings/interpretations
• How to set space
• Keeping a Tarot journal
• Cleansing your deck
• Common myths
• Major & Minor Arcana- broken down into small bites
• Numerology & Astrology in relation to Tarot
• Reading Energy, Gender, Timing and Intuition
• Using Oracle to enhance readings
• Hands-on practice each week
• And everything in between!

We'll meet every Tuesday at 6pm starting January 24th and ending March 28th. Although you won't want to miss any "Tarot Tuesdays", in the event you're unable to make any class nights- we will be recording each workshop to keep you on track! ***Please note: this class is only open to ages 13+***. You may bring your own deck on Week 1, but is  not required.

Dauna Needom has been reading intuitive Tarot professionally for almost 30 years! She has also had moments of mediumship and tuning into a client empathically.  Dauna currently offers an intuitive Tarot and Oracle Card Reading at Synergy Collective events... and on Tuesdays before class! She will also be available to you after class to help mentor and answer questions.

10-Week Schedule:

1. 1/24/23 - Discuss different decks: Thoth, Raider Waite, Oracle and Lenormand. Art in Tarot and how different art can change the meaning of a reading and why this matters. Choosing your Tarot deck.
2. 1/31/23 - How to set space. Discuss the importance of keeping a Tarot journal. Cleaning your deck as well as discussing common myths.
3. 2/7/23 - First eleven cards of the Major Arcana. We will cover The Fool through Wheel of Fortune. 
4. 2/14/23 - Second ten cards of the Major Arcana. We will cover The Justice through The World.
5. 2/21/23 - Minor Arcana Suits: Cups and Wands. We will cover the meaning of each card and the season's meanings.
6. 2/28/23 - Minor Arcana Suits: Swords and Pentacles. We will cover the meaning of each card and the season's meanings.
7. 3/7/23 - Numerology and Astrology: We will cover the numerological and astrological aspect of the Tarot.
8. 3/14/23 - Discuss Energy, Gender, Timing, and using Intuition to read cards.
9. 3/21/23 - How to use Oracle to enhance your reading.
10. 3/28/23 - Wrap up and Reading Share.
