Join Ashley for Restorative Yoga! This is a wonderful night practice meant to relax the body and release any muscular (and emotional) holding. It's full prop use (bolsters, straps, blankets, and blocks are supplied), just bring your mat!
Complimentary water, tea and coffee available. Synergy Collective will be open for shopping before & after class with a 10% shopping discount for class attendees.
